Q: Can I get a particular item that you have listed, in a different size, color or other slight variation?    
A: Yes, in most cases items can be replicated per your specifications.  There is an additional charge for variations.

Q: Will you custom make items per my specifications, and if so, what is the charge? 
A: Yes,  we make custom items.  We have a special order link for specifications.   Charges on custom item requested are determined by the type of item, detail and materials to be used.

Q: Will you ship items per my specifications?         

A: Yes.  We ship most items in bubble envelopes, or USPS packaging.  For total discretion, if requested,  we use private return address label.   We will honor any specifications that you have for shipping.
